Multigrain pizza

1 c. whole wheat four
1 c. oat flour
1/4 c cornmeal
1 tsp baking powder
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c cooking oil
5 slices bacon
1/2 lb ground beef
2 8 oz cans pizza sauce
1/2 green pepper cut into rings
1/2 sweet red pepper cut into rings
1/4 c. sliced olives
1 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar
2 T. grated parmesan cheese

Combine flours, cornmeal, and baking powder. Add milk, and oil; mix well. using greased hands, press dough into a greased 14 in pizza pan. Bake in 425 degree oven. 12-15 minutes. Cook bacon, and crumble. Brown beef drain off fat. Spread pizza sauce over crust. Spoon meat over sauce, top with pepper rings, olives and bacon. Sprinkle with Cheeses. return to oven. Bake 10- 15 minutes more.
* for oat flour in a blender place 1 1/4 c rolled or quick cooking oats. blend till fine. *
